Mission Statment

The cheerleaders shall promote and uphold school spirit. They shall develop a sense of good sportsmanship among students and adults. The cheerleaders shall promote unification of the crowd's involvement during athletic events and strive to build better relationships between each other and schools. They shall strive to uphold the highest personal, as well as cheerleading standards.

As we enter the new century, we find cheerleading much different than it was just a generation ago. Cheerleading today is a unique combination of athleticism, entertainment, and student leadership. The activity remains important to all groups it touches. Athletics to rally the crowd's support, the school and community in creating and overseeing the small town/community patriotism we call school spirit and to the participants themselves in developin athletic skills, leadership and teamwork that will be important as they compete for jobs in the future.
